Abstract
We study stabilization problems of networked control systems with multiple-packet transmissions under the assumption that multiple data packets are transmitted through a special type of networks known as token passing bus networks. According to the timing property of the exact type of networks, we model such systems as periodically switched systems for state feedback case. A new type of controllers are designed to stabilize the systems. Furthermore, for the case of dynamic output feedback, we discuss mathematical modeling and controller design by the similar technique. A numerical example and some simulations are worked out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design techniques.
