Research on ROI of BT project based on Singel-factor APT model

ROI of BT projects is involved in the benefit distribution and risk allocation between BT project initiator (local government or local governmental branch) and BT project investor and constractor (the private sector), and is related to the success or failure of BT projects. Up to now, the government departments have not promulgated laws or regulations about how to make sure ROI of BT project. So how to make sure ROI of BT project becomes the problem in the negotiation of BT project. Starting from international practice, the thesis sets down ROI of BT project in reference on Singel-factor APT model.
