  • Abstract
    We observed characteristics of SrRuO3 thin films deposited on various substrates in order to observe strain effect of the films, especially by terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. We found that SrRuO3 thin films on DyScO3 (110) substrates show highly anisotropy of DC and optical conductivities.
