  • Abstract
    In this work, three-dimensional, stacked split ring resonator arrays exhibiting characteristics at Terahertz frequencies have been designed, simulated, and fabricated. The effects of the ring spatial dimensions on resonant absorption frequencies and relative absorption strength are investigated and reported.
