  • Abstract
    Spectroscopic and dynamical measurements of multiexciton states in CdSe colloidal quantum dots (QDs) reveal room-temperature stable biexcitons and triexcitons. Strong spatial confinement in "ultrasmall" colloidal QDs results in enhanced multiparticle effects and, specifically, in "giant" multiexciton interaction energies.
