  • Abstract
    This paper studied the condition monitoring system of workshop production, and built the framework, the overall hardware system architecture and software system design. Through the hardware analysis of production condition monitoring system, this research chose the temperature sensor with high performance, and applied two methods for data collection. EVOC produced by industrial control computer, and data acquisition card constituted the close-distance acquisition method, and based on RS-485 bus the data acquisition module constituted long-distance acquisition method. The relay output module completed the signal output function, control electromagnetic valve and alarm action.
