Abstract
In diode-capacitor rectifiers and multipliers, switching of capacitors occurs and consequent δ-impulse current waveforms and rippled voltages make it difficult to obtain accurate dynamic models. A procedure well suited for modeling switched capacitor circuits is described here. State-space discrete-time models of rectifiers and multipliers are given, depicting them as linear two-port networks in the small-signal approximation
