  • Abstract
    With the development of e-business, especially the rapid growth of C2C market, transaction trust arouses more and more scholarpsilas interest. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the transactions in C2C e-business, this article carried out the classification according to time order, and built an trust index system of C2C e-business, then established an trust evaluation model in C2C e-business by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and entropy method. Finally this evaluation model was tested in an example, and it was proved that the model could be used to evaluate the trust status of C2C trading platform objectively.
