Abstract
Brachyspira hyodysenteriae is a one of important pathogen of Swine dysentery. This study, we established a indirect ELISA using the expressed and purified His6-Bhlp30.7 protein as coating antigen to detect pig sera antibodies to Bhlp30.7. All the parameters of ELISA were optimized. The positive and negative sera were detected using this ELISA. And the cut-off value was determined 4.0 through comparing the results of positive and negative sera. The indirect ELISA can be used to investigate the infected level of Brachyspira hyodysenteriae in pig farm group not in individual.
