  • Abstract
    In this paper, a new spherical helical antenna, which has relatively small volume and high gain value, is researched. Their radiation characteristics and input impedance at two different modes are presented. A new half spherical helical antenna at the axial-null mode is presented first here, which has smaller volume and provides perfect shaped-conical, is suitable for LEO satellite communication.
