  • Abstract
With the submerged fermentation kinetic characteristics of the American G. lucidum, we could determine that the optimal fermentation time was 6 days, and the biomass production reached 1.9138g/100ml, the production of ET, IT, EPS, IPS reached 18.3058mg/100ml, 49.8992mg/100ml, 15.4791 mg/100ml, 25.2431mg/100ml, respectively. The effect of fermentation condition (pH, rotation speed, inoculation, fungi age, vaccination days, incubation temperature) on the production of mycelia biomass, IPS, IT was also detailed studied. With the comparison of production of mycelia biomass, IPS, IT, the optimal fermentation condition was determined.
