  • Abstract
The fuller-serine was synthesized and then dissolved in the organic solvent and then the nanoparticle aqueous suspension of fuller-serine was prepared. The nanoparticle sizes and Zeta-potentials were obtained by TEM and a Zeta-patential instrument, respectively. The results indicated that the aqueous nano-particle suspensions were rather considerably stable with homogeneous size. The free radicals scavenging of nano fuller-serine were determined by means of pyrogallol oxidation. The result indicated it was useful to scanvenge oxygen free radicals in a concentration dependent manner. Whether they are able to protect biological systems from oxidative damages or not needs to be further investigated.
