  • Abstract
    The constitution and property of some products´ failure data in the field were analyzed and a data processing method was proposed according to the common properties of incomplete data in practice, which takes advantages of effective information in the bad data and solves the problem that traditional methods might destroy the random property of field data and influence the reliability distribution. An example was shown to illustrate this method and it is indicated that the rule is efficient and is practical by comparing the different reliability parameters.
