  • Abstract
This paper improved the previous process and used the exhaust after the reaction to heating the feeding gas, in order to achieve rational use of energy. Used HZSM-5 as carrier of catalysts, the modification of copper-vanadium catalyst Cu3V2O8/ZSM-5 was studied, and the best one was founded. Results showed that CoO-K2SO4-Ni-Cu3V2O8/ZSM-5 modified by cobalt, potassium sulphate and nickel chloride had good activity of desulfurization and denitrification simultaneously, the best desulfurization efficiency and denitrification efficiency could be up to 97.4% and 95.8% at the same time under the conditions of 1.67 S-1, 450°C. After the process route was further improved, the reaction gas was absorbed by alkaline solution. And then the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in flue gas could be removed completely and the absorb liquid could be recycled as inorganic fertilizer.
