Abstract
Based on the development and utilization of the Tertiary groundwater in southern Xialiaohe aquifer, the development pattern of up Tertiary groundwater is established, the primary evaluating indicators include the extraction coefficient of groundwater, the over extraction coefficient of groundwater, the aquifer thickness, the chloride ion concentration, groundwater level, a new fuzzy identification model is used to evaluate the development pattern of up Tertiary groundwater. The assessment results: the development pattern of southern Xialiaohe groundwater can be divided into 4 different types: can strengthen mining, can mining, control mining, restrict mining. The restriction method of salt water expansion is put forward, the fresh water is protected as well. Some advices on effective utilization of water resources in Xialiaohe is put forward.
