Abstract
As the main part of armored equipment spares support, the optimized deployment of turnover parts stocks always is primarily considered by support department. Aiming at current problem about turnover parts stock management and shortage of theory research of armored equipment, this paper analyzes current turnover parts optimization model based on fill rate, and related problem is presented in practical application. Based on the analysis mentioned, the notion and practical optimization model of turnover parts deployment based on improved fill rate is presented. The model restraint trait is analyzed by marginal optimization theory, and the optimization arithmetic is researched. Finally, an example is presented to validate the applicability and superiority of improved model to the former model.
