Abstract
A structural 3D magnetoresistive sensor model based on anisotropic magnetoresistive (AMR) sensor element is presented. Three single AMR sensor elements respond for different inputs that correspond to different magnetic fields in different axis. A method of transforming the tangent plane and the coordinate system of the sensor is modeled as well. The simulation results of the 1D sensor model and the 3D sensor system are presented.
