Abstract
An innovative reconfigurable nested patch antenna has been developed to cover the various GSM, GPS, DCS, PCS, Bluetooth and WLAN services. A 75% size reduction has been achieved using even and odd structure symmetry. Designs were first implemented using hard-wire connections and then MEMS switches. The developed design can be utilized as a part of a universal, multi-service, multi-band wireless receiver
