Abstract
Emphasizes the importance of design and analysis based on use cases for the construction of reliable software. Analysis by use cases is the principle that identifies the interfaces between users of a system and the actual use of the software modules. In this paper, we present a use case analysis for the Simple Pools online betting system. Several views of the software from different users´ perspectives have been captured. We believe this approach will help to identify precise user requirements at a very early stage of the software life-cycle, which will result in a reduced life-cycle, with no ambiguous assumptions, and in the creation of reliable and bug-free software
