Abstract
This paper describes a novel full digital 150kV-1A zero-voltage switching (ZVS) converter for X-ray power applications. The converter is designed with a ZVS circuit with phase-shifting control and is implemented with a full digital controller. Various design considerations are discussed with soft-switching circuit, transformer and full digital controller through experimental results.
