Abstract
Pervasive computing is a new emerging computing model. Embedded computer technology, the Internet technology and communication technology boost the spring up of the 3G technology. With the three main telecommunication operators successively launching the 3G business in the market, various applications based on 3G technology have been coming out in an unending flow. In this paper, the remote conference system based on 3G under pervasive computing is proposed. It can transmit the valuable information collected by the long-distance terminal equipment to the server through 3G net, which is a comprehensive application of the embedded computer technology, the Internet technology and communication technology. This system is used in ubiquitous networks, providing users with real-time and dynamic query. Users can query the progress of conference and the current state of papers anytime and anywhere. This model has broad application prospects in the field of remote conference service platform.
