  • Abstract
We present the design, fabrication and experimental testing of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) biochips with integrated waveguides that have liquid or UV-curedpolyepoxyacrylate (PEA) cores. The use of inexpensive micro/nanofabrication methods and materials results in biochips suitable for laser-induced fluorescence detection applications.
