Abstract
Service oriented architecture is expected to be implemented in mobile ad hoc network. The execution of composite service is an important research issue in this area. Most previous works focus on the centralized architecture which assumes the existence of a central scheduler. In this paper, we propose the decentralized service execution architecture which do not need a central node to take responsibility of controlling the service execution process. With this architecture, we could significantly reduce the network traffic and so as the service failure rate. To construct the service execution path, a path detection approach is proposed on the purpose of minimizing the service response time. The simulation results prove the efficiency of our decentralized architecture and the path detection approach in different environments.
