Abstract
A simple but efficient equivalent circuit of the suspended stripline T-junction has been presented. The equivalent-circuit model will give a great help to the phase shifter designers. The S-parameters of T-junctions calculated based on the model have a good agreement with the results simulated based on physical structure by Ansoft HFSS, which has demonstrated the validity of the model
