Research on strengthening the construction of equipment contractor support

Aiming at the problem that military equipment support resources cannot usually meet the demand, the conception and significance of equipment contractor support are clarified, and the state of art of the equipment contractor support is analyzed in such six aspects as ideology and conception, theoretical research, policy and law, support resources, market environment, and management competence. Furthermore, the countermeasures of the construction of equipment contractor support are put forward. We provide some references for the implementation of the equipment contractor support, which correspondingly enhances the support competence and battle effectiveness.
