Abstract
This paper starts with a brief introduction of the ITS channel model. Based on its mathematic and modeling structure, a wideband HF (WBHF) random time-varying ionosphere channel is modeled, and its equivalent characteristics are theoretically analyzed and verified by studying the measured data and computer simulations. With such equivalent characteristic of the channel, identical parameters can be obtained. The parameters not only contain the channel´s natural information, but also the information of the two communication sides. Therefore, the study of the identical characteristic is valuable in information conveying field.
