Abstract
The theoretical model for calculation of the screened Coulomb potential and characteristic density state tail parameter is developed. In the quantum limit for doping superlattices in the framework of the parabolic quantum well approach, numerical self-consistent calculations of the density state tail parameter and Coulomb potential function are performed. In the simulations, the doped layers are considered having a fixed thickness and the correlation in the impurity distribution is included.
