Abstract
In this paper we present an efficient algorithm of finite-difference method allowing one to obtain reliable and sufficiently complete information about transient processes over a plane. The solution was obtained for the problem of interaction between nonsinusoidal electromagnetic waves and dispersive elements. The initial boundary value problem describes the radiation, propagation and scattering process of nonsinusoidal E-polarized waves in free space. Inhomogeneities are presented by real finite functions and the absorbing conditions are calculated over a rectangular grid.
