  • Abstract
This paper describes a 10-bit, 20 Msamples/s ADC with a 3 V supply. It has been implemented using the folding and interpolation technique and is optimized for low current consumption. The chip is fabricated with a BiCMOS process and occupies 7 mm2 of silicon
