Abstract

This paper introduces the Service Personalized Bundling service System (SPBS) which minimizes interferences between the individual services, meets the service conditions and the habits and preferences of individual subscribers, and intelligently controls the mutual relationship between the services. By integrating Calendar service, VoIP service, IM (Instant Messaging) services and streaming services, the SPBS provides the intelligence services based on their different knowledge such as the state and the subscriber´s personal service preferences.
