  • Abstract
    In view of problems existing in complex ore-distributing process, such as a large number of distribution positions, high precision on ore level distributed, strict condition for distribution system to move from one distribution position to another, a stable ore flow, ore flow rate must be measured with ore level variance of the bin but small bin and strong ore flow, distribution method for a bin depends on the initial levels of all different sub-bins composing the bin, intelligent control was used to achieve complex ore-distributing process automation. System structure, control strategy and implementation method of the intelligent control system are discussed. Result was applied to an ore-distributing process of a certain ore-dressing plant, bringing about a striking effect
