Abstract
New technologies of information processing tend to use optical devices rather than the current electronic components. For Egyptian industry to advance in the field of information processing, it is necessary to qualify B.Sc. students by upgrading new courses that use optical computers to secure information with optical technologies. The forthcoming graduate students will represent a qualified generation of designers and technicians. They can hence achieve a high standard of quality for the Egyptian fabrication and maintenance in the field of information processing. Moreover, African and Arab countries are expected to appreciate the cooperation of such high caliber expertise
