Message from general co-chair and general secretary

ECTI-CON is the leading international conference on electrical, electronics, communications, computer, and information technology yearly held in Thailand. This year we received almost 500 submissions from about 20 countries from all over the world. The double-blind peer-review was performed intensely. At the end, only some high-quality papers are qualified and included in the proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore database. This guarantees the quality of ECTI-CON and that ECTI-CON is widely recognized by the research community world-wide.
