Abstract
In the work the problems of modern professional education and the role of teacher, providing high quality of professional education, are examined. Conversion into estimation of professional qualities leads to essential back connection and in accordance with this to work up programs of preparation of teachers of high school, corresponding to modern principles and strategy of Russian education.
