Abstract
In this paper a neuro fuzzy identification scheme is used in order to identify four different nonlinear biological systems that describe four combination therapy models respectively. Combination therapy is a significant field in modern medicine and it is very important to be able to develop a system-level understanding of such biological systems and provide information that will be useful to molecular biology and medicine. Apart from this, we have the opportunity to show the great capabilities of the scheme we used, in biological systems of great interest that show amplification, ultrasensitivity and feedback control. Our results illustrate the potency of this method.
