Abstract
Aiming at the increasing family nursing requirement in China, a new kind of intelligent nursing bed is developed. This bed can be operated by sound, keyboard or a doctor via network. In this paper, the structure of the proposed nursing bed is introduced at first. Then, different nursing poses and the realization of each motion are studied. Control system of the nursing bed is investigated in detail, which includes main control module and assistant control module. The monitoring network system for physiological parameters is finally studied, which includes the monitoring of user´s physiological parameters monitoring, the communication method, the server monitoring module, and the monitoring program. A monitoring center is set to implement the telemonitoring function. Application result indicates that the proposed system is feasible and effective
