  • Abstract
    Usually the trap detector is used for measurement of absolute value of power of continuous radiation. In the report it is informed on use the trap detector on the basis of silicon photodiodes for measurement of energy of pulse laser radiation in an optical range. Theoretical principles of such a method of measurement of energy are formulated. The experimental sample of measuring instrument is created. In the report date of experimental investigation this measuring instrument are resulted. Measurements were carried out at various width (100 mus - 500 mus) and forms of pulses. Energy of pulses varied in limits (10-7 - 10-9 J). It is established, that accuracy of measurement of energy of pulse laser radiation by such method makes less than one percent and practically does not depend on the form of a pulse. On the basis of such measuring instrument probably creation simple and precision portable a measuring instrument of energy of pulses of laser radiation
