Abstract
This paper presents the effect of added electric charge in rice seed on the rice growth operating under humidity and temperature control. The parameters to evaluate the rice seed are the germination index, percent germination and elongated radical. The experimental results by adding electric charge in rice seed, give higher of the rice growth than of that conventional method by about 5-10 % in the laboratory and result in the increasing of rice production by 10-40 % in weight/area of rice field.
