  • Abstract
    In order to further develop energy-saving building with Chinese characteristics, we propose a new mode and method: energy-saving building development. Based on the definition of this development, the paper explores the concept, content and development principles, especially development mode. We use Logistic theory to research the development track, sustainability and approach to realize sustainability. Several conclusions are drawn: Sustainable principle is the most basic and important principle which the energy-saving building modular development should comply with; To achieve the sustainable development, we must take the social and economic develop, resources, environment and technology account for sustainable development.
