Abstract
We developed a new measurement device called the DFFC (dual focus flat cavity) that can measure SE (shielding effectiveness) up to 33 GHz. SE is the ratio of attenuation for electromagnetic waves, and the value depends on the measurement setup. Parameters inherent to materials for shielding sheets, such as sheet resistance, should be evaluated. In this study, we estimated the sheet resistance of a material by solving the inverse problem from the measured SE using DFFC in the frequency range of up to 33 GHz.
