After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The propose of this paper is to study promoting policies of housing industrialization in Wuhan. From the references, we understand the development history of Wuhan housing industrialization. Also by surveying and contracting Wuhan building market of Wuhan with other cities, we sum up present situation of Wuhan housing industrialization development, the gap with other regions and several problems. During these researches, we also study and analyze the possible development pattern, and then put forward the possible development path. Finally we propose the promoting policies of Wuhan housing industrialization for government.
