Abstract
The coupling effects of repetitive ultra-wideband (UWB) electromagnetic pulse into a rectangular cavity through slots are calculated by using the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. By analyzing the energy coupling into the cavity, the coupling resonant characteristic of repetitive UWB pulse with slots is obtained. The results are useful to study the shielding performance of metallic enclosures.
