  • Abstract
In this paper, the design of a new-style instrumentation amplifier based on chopper-stabilized technology is reported. It consists of a low power operational amplifier with TCMC structure, modulating and demodulating circuits with two switches and low-pass filter module which could reduce flicker noise of instrumentation amplifier effectively. By analysis and optimization of the parasitic effects and parameters, instrumentation amplifier has better performance in every aspect. This simulation result shows that, in the case of guaranteed bandwidth, the amplifier can suppress flicker noise interference effectively. At low frequency gain of 20 and the 100Hz input signal, its equivalent input noise can be reduced to 20.6nV/√Hz.
