Abstract
Multiple factors and operational procedures are included in the reverse logistics path of scrap tires. Generally, processing stages are costly and require considerable amounts of time and resources. Therefore, how to deal with scrap tires has becomes a critical issue for governments, enterprises and environmental organizations worldwide. This study proposes the key performance indicator (KPI) of reverse logistics via the collection of studies and expert interviews. The attributes of each assessment dimension should contain the relationship between dependency and feedback. The analytical network process (ANP) is uses to obtain relative weights of KPI. The weighted result forms the final performance evaluation model. This model not only provides tire traders with a method for evaluation, but is also a reference for administrators.
