Abstract

This paper intends to develop a framework for knowledge management cycle in some non-profit educational centers (NPEC) in Iran. So, a Delphi panel was designed, applied and then analyzed for developing the framework based on KM (Knowledge Management) cycle. The suggested framework for KM cycle in NPECs includes Knowledge sharing, Knowledge storage, Knowledge identification, Knowledge organizing, Knowledge collecting, Knowledge management evaluation, and Preparation and infrastructures as the important factors.
