Abstract
In the era of knowledge economy and along with the unceasing importance of knowledge, knowledge management already became one of main ways to gain competitive advantages, knowledge management audit also became the most important step of knowledge management implementation and the important component of knowledge management strategies. Firstly, this paper thoroughly analyzed the connotation, model and method of knowledge management audit, then discussed the core processes and support processes of knowledge management audit, lastly proposed an integrated framework in order to provide some references for knowledge management practice.
