Abstract

Under the management pattern of group enterprises, how to take full advantages of internal and external resources of group and enhance the response velocity and competition power for manufacturing enterprises, it is a new problem. In this paper, a total integrated solution which integrates the extensive systems such as G-ERP/SRM/CRM/SCM is proposed. The solution aims to unify the internal and external resources, joint the business process among supply-chain enterprises, share the information and integrate the purchasing, manufacturing, inventory, marketing & sales processes with the resources of customers and suppliers totally. And the strategy for data integration and business integration of the solution is presented in detail. Finally, the application case of the solution in an iron & steel enterprises group is represented
