  • Abstract
This paper is aimed at discussing the integration of logistics information system and RFID (radio frequency identification) technology to improve the informatization level of logistics management. Based on analyzing the functional demand of logistics information system, a framework of logistics information system is constructed. There are five levels in the framework: physical level, technical level, data layer, functional level and service level. Started from the logistics information collecting, the paper introduces the basic features and advantages of RFID technology, discusses the feasibility and ways of applying the RFID technology into logistics information collecting. Illustrated by the case of Jinxia Logistics Park, it introduces the integration use of RFID and logistics information system. It shows the integration of RFID technology and logistics information system improves the efficiency and reliability of logistics information system. It has broad prospects for application.
