Abstract
This paper theoretically analyzes the scattering characteristics of a TE electromagnetic plane wave by a photonically controlled semiconductor plasma gratings embedded in a insulator slab, using the moment method. This study also explains how the frequency scanning property in the semiconductor plasma grating are controlled by changing the plasma density in millimeter wave frequency bands.
