Abstract
On the basis of combing matter-element extension method with index reflecting flood damage intensity and the degree-level analysis method, a new the comprehensive quantitative evaluation model is established for flood damage intensity. Use this model to make comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the flood in Shandong province. The result shows that not only the flood quantitative level and accuracy increase, but also the degree of quantitative evaluation of flood damage intensity is more comprehensive and deeper.
